Reports in Italy claim that Christian Pulisic will miss tonight’s friendly between Milan and Monza due to a slight ankle injury, but the USMNT star is expected to be available against Torino on Saturday.

Pulisic won’t be involved in Milan’s friendly against Monza in the Trofeo Berlusconi tonight as the American has recently picked up a knock in his ankle.

The news was first broken by La Gazzetta dello Sport and then confirmed by other media outlets in Italy, including Calciomercato.com.

Pulisic will be forced to the sidelines tonight, but according to reports, he’ll be available for selection on Saturday when the Rossoneri make their 2024-25 Serie A debut against Torino at the Stadio Meazza in San Siro.

Pulisic scored 12 goals and provided nine assists in 36 Serie A games in 2023-24, his first season in Italy’s top flight.

The 25-year-old’s contract with the Rossoneri runs out in June 2027, but the club has an option to extend for a further campaign.
