According to Sportitalia, today’s meeting between Inter representatives and PSG for Milan Skriniar failed to reach a breakthrough, as there is still a €10m gap between offer and demand.
The centre-back has already agreed personal terms with Paris Saint-Germain, but the Nerazzurri made it clear they will not budge from their €70m asking price.
It’s reported that PSG chief Henrique Antero met with intermediary Paolo Busardò in London this evening to discuss the situation.
However, the Ligue 1 giants did not increase their offer, which remains €60m including various add-ons and performance-related bonuses.
The gap remains far too big to bridge, especially with interest growing from Chelsea after they lost target Jules Koundé to Barcelona.
PSG took a similar approach to Sassuolo and striker Gianluca Scamacca, but were out-bid by West Ham United in a deal worth €36m plus €6m add-ons and a 10 per cent cut of the future transfer fee.
They maintain Skriniar cannot be worth €70m when his contract is due to expire in June 2023, but Inter have already agreed a basic extension for the defender.
It is possible that the PSG proposal will force Inter to increase the terms they previously agreed.
Hahahaha Sk-Inter trying to get a discount on every player but won’t give one for their own. Typical Marotta tactics. As good as he was at Juventus in terms of buying, he let some great players go and he will do the same at Inter
this must hurt inter fans – you need to sell or else minus points or demotion to serie b – with a load of players leaving next summer for average players.
More importantly – lukaku flying back to chelsea AGAIN, KISSING thr BADGE AGAIN, calling CHELSEA HOME AGAIN 🙂
@ JuveFan1987 paying 50 million for a player that will be available for 15 m in January is not a smart ideal. Skriniar is proving and tested both in international and champion league. but your bremen is even begging italy to call him to national league because brazil wont call him. if your delight that causes foul in the box can cost 80 mi, Skriniar should cost more. no offence, in term of transfer activities , inter still bring in the best player. so show some respect to morata.
Forza Inter 🖤💙
Mohamed, you really switch back and forth from making sense to absolute nonsense do you 🙂
Great news. Cant wait to see inter broken and bankrupt again. Inda fans must be proud.
But rebecca is alughing about pogba xD
Fozza Inda, fozza suning xD
@hipster, please elaborate – dont just type nonsense – spell my name right
Worry about that broken Pogba you signed and he got injured even before playing lol. He will steal some nice money from juve while sitting at home playing video games.
