Zinedine Zidane refused to rule out a move for the PSG forward ahead of the Clasico yesterday: "We know each other very well. But he's not my player, and I can't talk about him. We'll see what he wants to do in the future," the French coach said at a press conference.

Mbappé will see his contract expire in June 2022 and hasn't reached an agreement to extend his stay at the club.

According to Tuttosport, Cristiano Ronaldo could replace Mbappé if the 2018 World Cup winner part ways with the Ligue 1 giants in the summer.

Ronaldo is living a similar situation as he also has one year left in his contract with the Old Lady, who could sell him for €29m.

However, according to the Turin-based paper, the Portuguese star is not willing to leave Turin at the moment, and Juventus are not considering his sale. CR7 will soon meet the club's executives to discuss his future and a final decision only depends on him.

Ronaldo could join PSG in a swap deal with Mauro Icardi, even if different reports in Italy suggest the former Inter captain could be involved in a swap deal with Paulo Dybala.
