Paris Saint-Germain have hinted that Napoli target Edinson Cavani is going nowhere after confirming their transfer business to be over for the summer.
Cavani had been touted for a sensational return to Napoli in the final days of the transfer window as a direct replacement for Juventus-bound Gonzalo Higuain, but PSG sporting director Patrick Kluivert has made it clear that no potential replacements are incoming.

Coach Unai Emery added: “The players have my trust. Cavani scored, despite the defeat.
“On the bench there’s [Jean-Kevin] Augustin, who’s young and working hard, Jese [Rodriguez] is injured, but he’ll be fine in a couple of weeks.
“We have all the necessary players to work well and get the performances we expect.”
