PSG have reportedly reached an agreement in principle with Inter defender Milan Skriniar while negotiations between the two clubs continue.
Inter must sell one of their stars to balance the books in the summer and Skriniar has attracted interest from many top European clubs, including PSG.
The Ligue 1 giants have already made an opening €50m bid for the former Sampdoria star, but Inter have rejected their proposal, asking for at least €70m-80m.
Skriniar’s contract at the Stadio Meazza runs out in June 2023 and he has already reached a verbal agreement to extend his stay at the club. However, he would not stand against a move to the Parc des Princes and according to TMW he has agreed to a €7m-a-year deal with the Ligue 1 champions.
Talks between Inter and PSG continue with the Nerazzurri, who may lower their asking price following the agreement in principle between Skriniar and PSG. According to the report, an offer in the region of €60m-65m could convince the Nerazzurri to sell their star defender.
