According to Il Corriere dello Sport, PSG are ready to offer up to €26m to sign Salernitana midfielder Ederson in the summer.

The 22-year-old joined the Serie A strugglers from Corinthians for €6m during the January transfer window and has put in impressive performances despite the Granata’s disappointing results.

Davide Nicola’s boys are likely to be relegated after collecting just 16 points in 29 Serie A games this season. They sit rock bottom of the table and have won just three games this season.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, the Ligue 1 giants are ready to invest up to €26m to secure Ederson’s services in the summer.

Ederson has played seven games in Serie A since his move to Salerno, starting in five. In January, club director Walter Sabatini said that the 22-year-old was destined to join a top club. The Brazilian’s contract with Salernitana runs out in 2026, but he’ll likely leave the Stadio Arechi earlier.

  1. Shows how ridiculous player valuations are. This guy has played 6 games for a bottom dweller. I watched several. He played decently but how can his value increase 21 million dollars in that time?? PSG watches Salernitana play?? They didn’t know about him in December to offer 6 million??
