Abdou Diallo still seems set to leave Paris Saint-Germain in the final days of this transfer window but he won’t be heading to Milan, reports from France suggest.

The Rossoneri have been looking to add a new defender to their squad for a number of weeks now and the 26-year-old was one of a number of options. Milan made an approach to Diallo earlier this summer, registering their interest in a move, but now they’ll have to look elsewhere.

As reported by L’Equipe, Diallo has definitively turned down Milan’s offer, not being convinced by the sporting project presented to him. He’s still likely to leave PSG in the final week of the transfer window, not being in Christophe Galtier’s plans, but he won’t be heading to Lombardy.

The Rossoneri still have their eyes on a number of targets, ranging from Tottenham’s Japhet Tanganga and Chelsea’s Trevoh Chalobah to Schalke’s Malick Thiaw and Bordeaux’s Jean Onana.

  1. È perché gli abbiamo detto che non sarebbe stato un titolare garantito. Che avrebbe dovuto sedersi in panchina e lottare per il suo posto nella squadra.
