Allan has been linked with the Ligue 1 champions for some time, although the fee is some way below the €60-80m that Napoli were thought to be holding out for.

PSG, for their part, are in the market for midfield reinforcements, with Adrien Rabiot and Giovani Lo Celso moving on permanently this summer.
As for Napoli, they are said to have already secured Fiorentina’s Jordan Veretout and scoped out Stade Rennais’ Benjamin Bourigeaud.
