Sky Sport Italia suggest that Paris Saint-Germain are finally opening up to the idea of letting Renato Sanches leave on loan with an option to buy for Roma.

The midfielder has seemingly agreed personal terms and given the all-clear to the move, which would allow him to work with coach Jose Mourinho at the Stadio Olimpico.

Until now, the Ligue 1 giants have been adamant that Renato Sanches will only be allowed to make the move on loan if there is an obligation to make it permanent at the end of the season.

The Giallorossi cannot afford to commit to that pledge and are continuing to ask for it to be simply an option to buy.

According to Sky Sport Italia this evening, PSG are finally starting to be worn down and opening the door to accepting these terms.

The Portugal international will turn 26 later this month and made the transfer from Lille for €15m last summer.

He made only 27 competitive appearances for the club, scoring two goals.
