The FIGC Prosecutor has reportedly demanded fines and suspensions for Serie A clubs, directors and Presidents involved in the capital gains trial, including Andrea Agnelli and Aurelio De Laurentiis.
Serie A and Serie B clubs, including Italian giants Napoli and Juventus, are accused of inflating the cost of players during the past transfer windows.
The first hearing in the court case was held this morning, with the Federal Prosecutor demanding fines for clubs and suspensions for their directors and Presidents.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Federal Prosecutor demanded a fine of €800,000 for Juventus as well as suspensions for their President Andrea Agnelli (one year), Federico Cherubini (six months and 20 days), Pavel Nedved and Maurizio Arrivabene (eight months) and former Bianconeri director Fabio Paratici (16 months and 10 days).
As for Napoli, the Prosecutor demanded a suspension of 11 months and five days for President Aurelio De Laurentiis, six months and ten days for his wife, his son Edoardo, his daughter Valentina, and nine months and 15 days for club CEO Andrea Chiavelli.
The club will be asked to pay a fine of €329,000. Sampdoria, Empoli and Genoa are the other Serie A clubs involved in the trial and have been demanded to pay €195,000, €42,000 and €320,000, respectively.
The Tuscans’ president Fabrizio Corsi could also face a ban of 22 months and 15 days. Parma and Pisa (Serie B) will only face potential fines.
