Check out the probable line-ups for three of today’s four Serie A games: VeronaAtalanta, Lecce-Empoli and SalernitanaSampdoria.

We start at 17.30 UK time with Gian Piero Gasperini’s side visiting Hellas Verona at the Stadio Bentegodi and Salernitana hosting Sampdoria at the Stadio Arechi.

Verona lost the last three home games and haven’t lost four in a row since March-April 2021.

No Verona player has ever scored one goal in each one of his first three games with the club, so Thomas Henry could become the first one.

Atalanta are unbeaten in Serie A so far. Over the last 10 years, they haven’t lost any of the opening three games only once. La Dea is the team with the most fouls (36) and most yellow cards (10) in Serie A so far.

Gasperini could pick a 3-4-1-2 formation or go for 3-4-2-1 with Ruslan Malinovskyi and Mario Pasalic behind Duvan Zapata, who has only scored one goal in the last 14 Serie A games.

Probable line-ups

Verona (3-5-2): Montipò; Coppola, Gunter, Ceccherini; Terracciano, Tameze, Hongla, Ilic, Lazovic; Lasagna, Henry.

Atalanta (3-5-2): Musso; Toloi, Demiral, Okoli; Hateboer, De Roon, Koppmeiners, Maehle; Ederson; Lookman, Zapata.

Salernitana-Sampdoria

Salernitana and Sampdoria have yet to find the net this season. Salernitana won the last match against Samp and could win two in a row for the first time in history.

First away game of the season for the Blucerchiati. The last time they won in their debut away was in 2017-18 against Fiorentina.

Probable line-ups

Salernitana (3-5-2): Sepe; Bronn, Gyomber, Fazio; Candreva, Coulibaly, Maggiore, Vilhena, Mazzocchi; Dia, Bonazzoli.

Sampdoria (4-1-4-1): Audero; Bereszynski, Ferrari, Colley, Augello; Vieira; Leris, Rincon, Sabiri, Djuricic; Caputo.

Probable Serie A line-ups: Fiorentina-Napoli

Lecce-Empoli

Lecce and Empoli are also struggling to score consistently having combined only one goal so far (Lecce against Inter).

It kicks off at 19.45 UK time.

Lecce lost just one home game against the Tuscans in the last 10 between Serie A and Serie B. Samuel Umtiti has joined the team on loan from Barcelona this week but is expected to start on the bench.

Empoli failed to find the net in the first three Serie A games only once in history (2005-06). Their striker Mattia Destro has contributed to three goals in three games against Lecce but hasn’t found the net in Serie A since February.

Either Martin Satriano or Sam Lammers will partner the ex-Milan and Roma striker.

Probable line-ups

Lecce (4-3-3): Falcone, Gendrey, Pongracci, Baschirotto, Gallo; Bistrovic, Hujlmand, Gonzalez; Strefezza, Ceesay, Di Francesco.

Empoli (4-3-1-2): Vicario; Stojanovic, Ismajli, De Winter, Parisi; Henderson, Marin, Bandinelli; Bajrami; Satriano, Destro.
