Gian Piero Gasperini’s Atalanta visit Genoa, while Juventus host Cagliari at the Allianz Stadium in their last games of 2021 in Serie A. Check out the probable line-ups.

Both matches kick off at 19.45 UK time.

Udinese vs. Salernitana, initially scheduled at 17.30 won’t be played as the Granata have not been allowed to travel to Udine due to three COVID cases in their team.

Genoa’s first and only win in Serie A is dated back to September 12.

Four players remain out of action (Francesco Cassata, Nicolò Rovella, Mohamed Fares and Felipe Caicedo), while Zinho Vanheusden and Andrea Cambiaso are not fully fit, but the latter should start anyway.

Gasperini hasn’t called up Joakim Maehle and Rafael Toloi.

Toloi has been ruled out by a flexor issue in his left thigh, while Maehle has been diagnosed with a fractured toe on his right foot.

Robin Gosens will return to action in January. Both Zapata and Muriel expected to start up front.

Juventus are without Paulo Dybala, Aaron Ramsey, Giorgio Chiellini, Federico Chiesa and Danilo.

Juan Cuadrado will rest as he is one yellow card away from suspension, so Mattia De Sciglio will start at right-back.

Juventus have always beaten Cagliari in the last five Serie A games at home, scoring 16 and conceding once.

Martin Caceres and Diego Godin won’t travel to Turin as a punishment for their poor performances. Their time on the island seems to be over.

Razvan Marin is suspended, Sebastian Walukiewicz, Marko Rog and Kevin Strootman are injured.
