Elsewhere, Danilo will replace the suspended Juan Cuadrado at right-back and Blaise Matuidi is likely to make way for Miralem Pjanic as one of the three central midfielders.
Sassuolo, meanwhile, have lost ex-Juve left-back Rogerio to a training-ground injury.
Filling in for him will be Giorgos Kyriakopoulos, although there are no such concerns up top for Jeremie Boga, Domenico Berardi or Francesco Caputo.
