Roma aim to bounce back with a win against Udinese but might have one eye on the derby this weekend, as Jose Mourinho makes changes in defence and attack.

The match kicks off at 19.45 UK time at the Olimpico.

The Giallorossi aim to bounce back after a 3-2 defeat to Hellas Verona at the Bentegodi last time, but the Friuli are on a similar mission after the 4-0 loss to Napoli at home on Monday night.

Mourinho seems set to rest Zaniolo in the view of the derby, while making some changes at the back, where Chris Smalling should start with Gianluca Mancini.

Riccardo Calafiori seems set to play at left-back, while Bryan Cristante and Jordan Veretout are expected to continue in the middle.

Tammy Abraham struggled in training on Wednesday, but should be ready to play, ahead of Carles Perez, Lorenzo Pellegrini and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

Udinese could have a surprise out wide, with Marvin Zeegelaar possibly replacing Jens Stryger Larsen, while Tolgay Arslan, Walace and Jean Victor Makengo seems set to start in the middle.

Beto is ready to team up with Roberto Pereyra in attack, as Ignacio Pussetto and Gerard Deulofeu could start on the bench.

Probable line-ups:

Roma (4-2-3-1): Rui Patricio; Karsdorp, Mancini, Smalling, Calafiori; Cristante, Veretout; Carles Perez, Pellegrini, Mkhitaryan; Abraham

Udinese (3-5-2): Silvestri; Becao, Nuytinck, Samir; Molina, Arslan, Walace, Makengo, Zeegelaar; Pereyra, Beto
