The first leg of this Round of 16 tie kicks off at the Estadio do Dragao on Wednesday at 20.00 GMT.

Andrea Pirlo confirmed in his press conference that although they were making the trip, Leonardo Bonucci and Paulo Dybala are not fit enough to play and will remain in the stands.

Arthur Melo and Juan Cuadrado remained in Turin for treatment, while Aaron Ramsey and Weston McKennie have shaken off knocks.

Although Dejan Kulusevski is an option, it’s reported Morata will partner Cristiano Ronaldo, with Federico Chiesa and McKennie taking the flanks.

As always with Pirlo, it’s a hybrid formation, so 3-5-2 when attacking and 4-4-2 when defending.

Due to the absences in defence, the choices here are limited, as Matthijs de Ligt will start alongside Giorgio Chiellini, while the full-backs are former Porto players Danilo and Alex Sandro.

Juve need to be on the alert, because Danilo and Rodrigo Bentancur are a yellow card away from suspension for the second leg.

As for FC Porto, they have drawn their last four games in the league, but sailed through the group phase with five consecutive clean sheets, earning four wins and a draw following the opening 3-1 defeat away to Manchester City.

Nanu is the only player in doubt after suffering from concussion.

Porto (probable): Marchesín; Manafá, Pepe, Mbemba, Zaidu; Sérgio Oliveira, Uribe, Otávio; Corona, Marega, Díaz

Juventus (probable): Szczesny; Danilo, De Ligt, Chiellini, Alex Sandro; McKennie, Bentancur, Rabiot, Chiesa; Morata, Cristiano Ronaldo
