Alessandro Plizzari, Simon Kjaer, Pietro Pellegri and Fikayo Tomori are all out injured, and Theo Hernandez risks suspension should he pick up a yellow card in the match.
Massimiliano Allegri has less injuries to deal with, as only Federico Chiesa and Leonardo Bonucci are out. Alvaro Morata is expected to return to the starting line-up after being benched in the 4-1 win over Sampdoria on Tuesday.
