Probable line-ups: Milan vs Bologna

Stefano Pioli’s Milan will be looking to bounce back against an off-balance Bologna in tonight’s Serie A clash.

The game between the Rossoneri and the Rossoblu kicks off at 19.45 UK time at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.

Milan’s season kicked off with an exciting 4-2 win over Udinese, but last weekend’s 1-1 draw with Atalanta left Pioli and his squad feeling frustrated. The team will be looking to return to winning ways this evening, hoping to kickstart their momentum before the Serie A table starts to take shape.

Bologna have had a difficult start to the 2022-23 campaign, suffering a painful 2-1 loss to Lazio in their opener and drawing 1-1 with Hellas Verona the following game. Both games saw one Rossoblu player sent off, so Sinisa Mihajlovic will be expecting a more disciplined and solid game from his squad tonight.

Pioli only has to manage two absences for tonight’s clash, with both Rade Krunic and Zlatan Ibrahimovic unavailable due to injury.

For Mihajlovic, he has an almost fully-fit Bologna squad ready to take on Milan, but he won’t be able to count on the suspended Riccardo Orsolini.

Probable line-ups for Milan vs Bologna:

Milan (4-2-3-1): Maignan; Calabria, Kalulu, Tomori, Hernandez; Tonali, Bennacer; Messias, De Ketelaere, Leao; Giroud.

Bologna (3-5-2-): Skorupski; Soumaoro, Medel, Lucumi; De Silvestri, Dominguez, Schouten, Soriano, Lykogiannis; Barrow, Arnautovic.
