Lazio will look to Ciro Immobile and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic against strugglers Venezia who will field third-choice goalkeeper  Niki Mäenpää.

It kicks off at 19.45 UK time at the Stadio Olimpico.

The Biancocelesti are without the suspended Adam Marusic and the injured Danilo Cataldi and Stefan Radu. A win would allow Maurizio Sarri’s side to overtake Atalanta and Roma and climb to fifth place. Mattia Zaccagni is favourite to start over Pedro in attack, while Manuel Lazzari should get the nod over Patric in defence.

Lazio are unbeaten in the last four Serie A games against Venezia and are unbeaten at home against the Lagunari. However, they won just two of the last seven games at the Stadio Olimpico.

Venezia are without the suspended Mattia Aramu and the injured Luca Lezzerini, Michael Cuisance, Dennis Johnsen, Antonio Junior Vacca and Cristian Romero. With both Lezzerini and Romero out, third-choice Maenpaa will his seventh Serie A game tonight.

Venezia are the worst team in Serie A since the end of November with just seven points collected in the last 14 matches.
