Andrea Pirlo is short of options in midfield with Arthur injured and Adrien Rabiot suspended. Weston McKennie, Aaron Ramsey and Rodrigo Bentancur are set to start in the middle of the park even if they are also not 100% fit, as the Juventus coach revealed in his pre-match press-conference yesterday.

Alvaro Morata is coming back from a stomach flu and is expected to start on the bench with Kulusevski to partner Cristiano Ronaldo up front. Gigi Buffon will start making his 654th appearance in Serie A.

Paulo Dybala is still not eligible to play due to a knee injury.

Probable line-ups: Juventus-Crotone:

Juventus: Buffon; Danilo, Demiral, De Ligt; Chiesa, Ramsey, Bentancur, McKennie, Alex Sandro; Kulusevski, Ronaldo.

Crotone: Cordaz; Rispoli, Magallan, Golemic, Reca; Molina, Petriccione, Vulic; Messias; Ounas, Di Carmine.
