Genoa chief Enrico Preziosi has discussed the futures of Stephan El Shaarawy, Domenico Criscito and Juraj Kucka.

"There is an agreement with Milan for El Shaarawy," he said of the 18-year-old Genoa ace who spent last season on loan at Padova.

"All that is missing is for him to have his medical, but, as far as we are concerned, the transfer is complete."

The Under-19 Italian international, whose father is Egyptian, will join Milan on a co-ownership basis after the Rossoneri reportedly paid €10m for a 50 per cent stake.

Turning to Criscito, Preziosi was asked about whispers linking the left-back with a switch to Paris SG.

"Genoa already have an agreement to sell him to Napoli," he added. "There will be no problems with them.

"Now the player just has to agree personal terms and he will then complete his transfer to the Azzurri."

There have also been claims that Kucka would be leaving Marassi this summer, but the Rossoblu President disagreed.

"He will definitely spend next season with us, then we'll see what happens," he concluded.

Genoa have also moved closer to signing the trio of Alexander Merkel, Kevin Constant and Kevin Vinetot. All three had Genoa medicals today.
