Roma and Poland international Nicola Zalewski has not yet signed a new contract and there are reports of interest from Premier League sides.

The 20-year-old was born near Rome to Polish parents and spent his entire career with the Giallorossi, climbing the ranks through their youth academy to the senior squad.

He has said that he prefers to play in a more advanced role on the left wing, but is sometimes used as a right-back by Jose Mourinho to fill gaps.

Even at 20, Zalewski already has eight senior caps for Poland and is in the World Cup squad in Qatar.

His contract with Roma runs to June 2025 and Calciomercatonews claim that there is growing interest from several Premier League sides.

A new deal has been discussed, but is not considered a priority right now.

He has made 16 appearances for Roma this season between Serie A and the Europa League.
