Cesare Prandelli said he’s ready to get back to work, but “preferred not to comment” on Bologna links.

The former Italy, Fiorentina and Galatasaray Coach is currently a free agent and is among the candidates to take over if Bologna sack Delio Rossi.

“I want to get back to coaching, but without anxiety. I am evaluating several situations and am not thinking about another national side, but never say never,” he told Sky Sport Italia.

“I want to get back to coaching, but without anxiety. I am evaluating several situations and am not thinking about another national side, but never say never,” he told Sky Sport Italia.

“Bologna? I prefer not to comment, as I don’t want to interfere with the work of colleagues and clubs.”

Prandelli was more than happy to analyse the meeting of two of his former clubs for the top of the table.

“This is an unusual campaign with four or five sides who can dream of the title, so that makes it much more enjoyable.

“When you dream, you have to dream big, and at this moment Fiorentina deserve top spot thanks to interesting football. Along with Napoli, they are in the best condition to remain consistent.

Roma are one of the sides, in technical terms, with the best quality in Italy.”
