But the patron dreams big for the Bianconeri and said they will fight to get to the Champions League in the future.

“The Champions League has always been an objective to achieve for Udinese, but it’s not easy,” he said. “But we will always fight to get there.”

Captain De Paul has been linked with a move away from the club this summer, but the President wants the Argentine to remain at the Dacia Arena.

“He’s a very important player,” Pozzo continued. “He’s one of the best players ever seen during my time in Udine.

“He’s a fantastic player, we hope he will stay because we had fun with him and I would like to have fun again.”
