Former Sunderland manager Gus Poyet hints he could move to Serie A as ‘there aren’t many options’ in England.
The Uruguayan was sacked by the Black Cats earlier this season, and says he’d happily move to Italy if he can’t get another job in the Premier League.
“I don’t know anything about my future,” Poyet told Tele Radio Stereo.
“My family would prefer to stay in England, but there aren’t many options in the Premier League.

“That’s why I’m now open to the rest of Europe. Italy? Why not, I follow your League closely.”
