The Supercoppa Italiana will be a Derby della Madonnina between Milan and Inter, but there are currently two possible venues for the match.

This is the game between the reigning Serie A champions and the Coppa Italia holders, who in this case are Milan and Inter respectively.

It was traditionally a pre-season fixture, but in recent years has moved to December or January.

For the 2022-23 campaign, it will reportedly be played on August 18, 2023.

The trophy is also regularly assigned abroad as part of a deal to bring extra funds into Italian football.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, there are two potential venues being considered in Saudi Arabia.

The first is the King Fahd International Stadium, with a 67,000 seat capacity, while the other is the King Saud University Stadium, which holds only 22,000.

The kick-off time is still being worked out too, as Mediaset want it at 21.00 Italian time, whereas the time difference would make it an earlier match.
