The FC Porto stadium speaker will have to pay a fine of €1,430 after insulting Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo and his family.

As reported by A Bola, the incident occurred after Juve were eliminated from the Champions League Round of 16 at the hands of Porto in March.

In two Instagram Stories, Estadio Do Dragao speaker Fernando Saul aimed some vicious insults at “the Italian thieves” Juventus and “that pig Ronaldo.”

He even went so far as to call the player’s mother Dolores a “toothless” crone.

The Portuguese Federation clamped down on his behaviour, inflicting a fine of €1,430 that he’ll have to pay to Ronaldo.

It was seemingly a representative of Ronaldo’s old club Sporting CP who spotted the Instagram Stories insults and alerted the authorities to this unsportsmanlike breach of guidelines.

It’s not entirely new behaviour for Saul, who was once given a 30-day ban from his job after shouting into the stadium microphones during a game with Benfica that they were “tired of being robbed.”
