Former Serie A defender Daniele Adani sarcastically comments on Arthur’s move to Liverpool: ‘He’s so bad that he joined the Reds…poor Calcio.’

The former Inter, Fiorentina and Brescia defender has become one of the most prominent football pundits in Italy. He is one of the guests of Bobo TV, the Twitch show hosted weekly by Bobo Vieri and a pundit for Gazzetta dello Sport.

He is known for not being on good terms with Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri. They clashed in 2018 before the end of Allegri’s first spell at Juventus.

Adani has continued to criticise the Italian tactician’s playing style and recently said that the Bianconeri boss is always looking for excuses adding that he’s responsible for Dejan Kulusevski’s move to Tottenham.

The ex-defender has now commented on Arthur’s loan move to Liverpool, suggesting that Allegri hasn’t made the most of the Brazilian’s talent.

“The news is that Arthur is so bad that he joined Liverpool,” he said in an Instagram video.

“So, after saying that Arthur was bad, we must say the same of Klopp…poor football.”

Arthur failed to justify his €76m price tag at Juventus, where he spent two years. He scored one goal in 63 appearances with the Bianconeri.

  1. Klopp and Liverpool usually do not sign bad players. Even Minamino is a good player but the competition is fierce in Merseyside. However B Brasilero needs a sharman first and foremost. Being in a small club with a fossil fool coach has not helped him one bit. As for Kulu, look at the coach he has. That tells you everything.
