UEFA have opened disciplinary proceedings against Poland for racist chanting during the Nations League game against Italy.
The 1-1 draw was played at the Stadio Dall’Ara in Bologna last Friday.
The authorities present registered racist chants and the setting off of fireworks from the visiting supporters.
The case will be dealt with by the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body on September 21.
Italy and Poland are in the same Nations League group as Portugal.
