The midfielder was spotted with something scrawled next to his number on the back of his shirt during the 2-0 win over Atalanta.
It was originally thought to read ‘+5’ changing the 10 to a different number, as he has been feeling the pressure of wearing that iconic figure.
However, he told reporters from Ansa news agency that it actually read ‘75’ and was wishing Brazil legend Pele a happy 75th birthday.
