Paul Pogba, Dusan Vlahovic and Juan Cuadrado all participated in a 45-minute test match for Juventus today, but are still major doubts to be in the squad against Atalanta.

Max Allegri oversaw a morning training session, then played for 45 minutes against local team Fossano.

It was the first time back on the pitch for midfielder Pogba, striker Vlahovic and full-back Cuadrado in 2023 after injury problems.

Although it was certainly a boost, accompanied by video evidence from the Juventus social media team, it remains unlikely any of them will be ready to play at the weekend in the Serie A showdown with Atalanta.

They are certainly out of tomorrow’s Coppa Italia Round of 16 tie against Monza, where Juve fans could see Matias Soule, Samuel Iling-Junior and Fabio Miretti get a run-out.
