Pogba was hoping to get more playing time, having been dropped for Thursday’s Europa League victory over SC Freiburg for turning up late to a team meeting.

He will undergo further tests and evaluation, but it is yet another setback for the former Manchester United midfielder.

Max Allegri is already missing Angel Di Maria, Federico Chiesa, Alex Sandro, Arkadiusz Milik, Kaio Jorge and suspended Moise Kean.

  1. I am sure Allegri has had it up to his ears with this dud of a player. They always say “you can never go home again”, and boy is this a sterling example of that. I HOPE they cut their losses and let him go for next year. What a waste of space he has been this year.
