Pogba has chosen Juventus return from Manchester United

Multiple sources are confident Paul Pogba will sign for Juventus next week, with a deal worth €8m per season on the table, after he officially left Manchester United.

The midfielder is a free agent once again, just like the first time he came to Turin in 2012, and did not agree a new contract at Old Trafford.

Numerous sources including Sky Sport Italia, the Gazzetta dello Sport and Sportitalia are all confident Pogba has chosen Juventus, beating interest from Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid and Manchester City.

Calciomercato.it maintain lawyer Rafaela Pimenta will be in Turin next week to finalise the details of the contract with Juventus.

Sky Sport Italia transfer pundit Fabrizio Romano has the figures at €8m per season for his salary plus performance-related bonuses.

Pimenta has worked for Mino Raiola for two decades and took over Pogba’s negotiations after the agent died last month.

Juve sold Pogba to Manchester United in 2016 for a then world record transfer fee of €105m, so getting him back again as a free agent makes the France international probably the most profitable player in the club’s history.
