Gigio Donnarumma is expected to start against Real Madrid tonight, suggesting a status change for the Italy international in Paris.

Pochettino seemed annoyed when asked about the competition between the two goalkeepers yesterday but is determined to start the Italian in goal tonight, according to multiple reports in Italy and France.
“Tomorrow, we will play with a goalkeeper,” Pochettino said at a press conference yesterday.
“I am showing patience with the media because I’ve had to explain the same thing for the last eight months. They are both excellent goalkeepers, that is what the club wanted.

Although Pochettino is unlikely to pick a unique starting goalkeeper in the near future, the trust in Donnarumma is proved by the fact that the former Milan star will play the most crucial games of the campaign against Carlo Ancelotti’s side. PSG will need to defend their advantage tonight after a 1-0 win in Paris three weeks ago.
