Torino are reportedly interested in a permanent move for Tommaso Pobega, and Andrea Belotti could thus move to Milan already in January.

Tuttosport reports the Italian midfielder has convinced Toro to make a move, but there’s reportedly no option in the current loan deal with the Rossoneri.

Pobega has played seven games and scored twice with the Granata, establishing himself as a key player under Ivan Juric at the Grande Torino.

Milan, however, signed a new deal until June 2025 with the player ahead of his spell on loan at Spezia last term.

Torino captain Belotti has yet to sign a new deal with the Granata and in January he could start negotiating with other clubs over a free transfer next summer.

But Tuttosport claims Milan and Torino could accelerate such a move and include Pobega in the operation.

Belotti, capped 39 times by Italy, has scored 106 goals in 233 competitive games with Toro, but seems set for a move away from the club.

Milan host Torino tomorrow night and the two parties have a chance to start negotiating, as the newspaper claims there has already been contact regarding a possible option to buy the youngster.

  1. Now that’s just stupid. We could easily wait until the summer and get anything between 12-15m for Pobega and sign Belotti for free.

But we do have a problem in attack and if we’re still fighting for the Scudetto by January …
