Miralem Pjanic could be heading back to Italy for Juventus or Inter, as it’s reported he is desperate to leave Barcelona.

The 31-year-old Bosnia international only made the move last summer in a deal worth €60m, with Arthur Melo going the other way.

He made 30 competitive appearances for the Blaugrana, but dropped to the bench after the arrival of coach Ronald Koeman.

With news that Barcelona look set to confirm Koeman for another season, Catalunya Radio maintain Pjanic is desperate to move away.

A return to Serie A has potential, either on loan or as part of an exchange deal.

Spanish newspaper Sport claims that Juve would welcome him back with returning Max Allegri, but Inter are also an intriguing option.
