According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, four or five Milan starters will rest against Cremonese while Charles De Ketelare will start.

The Rossoneri are going through the key part of the season. They’ll host strugglers Cremonese at San Siro on Wednesday, while Maurizio Sarri’s Lazio will travel to Milan on Saturday in a key match for the top four.

The following week Milan will face Inter in the first leg of the Champions League semi-finals.

For this reason, Stefano Pioli will likely rotate against Davide Ballardini’s side on Wednesday night.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, four or five regular starters will rest against the Grigiorossi.

Mike Maignan, Davide Calabria and Theo Hernandez are expected to start. Fikayo Tomori is suspended and will be replaced by Malick Thiaw, partnered by either Pierre Kalulu or Matteo Gabbia.

Brahim Diaz will initially go on the bench with De Ketelaere starting as an attacking midfielder.

Tommaso Pobega is injured and two between Sandro Tonali, Ismael Bennacer, Rade Krunic and Aster Vranckx will get the nod in the middle of the park. One between Junior Messias and Alexis Saelemaekers will start on the right wing, while Ante Rebic should replace Olivier Giroud.

Stefano Pioli won’t hold a pre-match press conference on Tuesday on the eve of the match.
