Theo Hernandez sustained a knock to the foot during training and was in doubt to feature, but has been picked at left-back, with Alessandro Florenzi stepping in for Davide Calabria on the right.
“He is fine, he didn’t finish yesterday’s session, but is able to start this evening,” Pioli told DAZN.
The Rossoneri scraped just one draw from their last three competitive games and were held to a 1-1 draw by Atalanta in Serie A to ruin their hopes of catching Juventus in second place.
“Every game is very important and it would be a mistake to look back over what happened with Atalanta. This is a very different opponent with a very different approach.
“The team is in good shape and needs to pick up points.”
