Stefano Pioli admits Lazio “cannot be satisfied” with their form, position or 1-1 draw with Palermo.
The Aquile had lost three Serie A games in a row before this stalemate on home turf.
“This is how we must react to adversity. We are all unhappy with our position in the table and also with today’s results. We cannot be satisfied,” Pioli told Sky Sport Italia.

“Certainly there is a lack of calm, but it depends on us. Unfortunately the results have put us in this situation and lately we have gone behind at the first chance for our opponents. We have to improve our approach to the game.
“We played with a lot of desire and effort, albeit not much sharpness. We want to overcome this moment and to do that we need to work hard in a united manner.
“Confidence has gone and we need to build it up again. This team has the quality to get back on track and guarantee qualification in the Europa League.
“We cannot deny Stefan de Vrij is missed in defence, as he always gave an exceptional contribution. However, there are other situations we have to improve back there too.”
