Fiorentina Coach Stefano Pioli is confident he “can count on” Milan and Inter transfer target Nikola Kalinic this season.
The striker scored in today’s 2-0 friendly win over Wolfsburg, but his future remains in the balance if someone meets the €30m asking price.
“I can count on all the players who are available to be,” said Pioli in his Press conference when asked about Kalinic.

“I can count on all the players who are available to be,” said Pioli in his Press conference when asked about Kalinic.
“It was disappointing to read some negative comments on his performance in the first friendly, as he is lagging behind in terms of fitness levels due to pre-season issues.
“He is a quality forward and I am counting on him too. At this moment, I don’t know what the team will look like in the opening Serie A game with Inter, but the important thing is to have a precise tactical identity.
“We are not complete, I will make my choices based on the players at my disposal. I hope that next week there will be some new arrivals, because unfortunately we’ve got a few players injured and Federico Chiesa will be suspended.”
