After Italy’s home kit for 2023, the Azzurri’s away shirt for next year has also been leaked online.

It is the always reliable Footy Headlines to release exclusive pictures of Italy’s new away kit for next year. It was designed by Adidas who replaced Puma after a 20-year partnership with Italy.

Footy Headlines specifies that the kit they’ve shown ‘has an accuracy of more than 80%. There is a chance that it is practically identical to the final design, but the collar and sleeve cuffs are not confirmed yet.’

It will have the same inspiration as the home kit with a marble-like pattern in dark navy/blue with some gold detailing. According to the report, it will be available in shops from January 2023.

  1. Is this supposed to be marble or something like that?

    Very odd. Expect better.

It really is a shame that Italy can’t partner with Armani / EA7 or another Italian fashion house to do something truly Italian. Back to Kappa even?

  2. Couldn’t agree more on that last comment. Very awful design. Didn’t expect much from Adidas anyways.

  3. This marble pattern was also worn by Argentina in 2021 (Copa America).

It won’t be permanent but I don’t mind it for 1 year.
