Zlatan Ibrahimovic has shared a cryptic social media post after meeting Milan owner Gerry Cardinale: ‘Tic tac…’
Ibrahimovic retired from football at the end of 2022-23 but has met Rossoneri directors and owner Gerry Cardinale several times over the last few weeks, discussing a possible return to the club with a role inside the club’s control room or among Stefano Pioli’s staff.
The most recent meeting between Ibra and Cardinale occurred Monday in Milan, on the eve of a key Champions League clash between the Rossoneri and PSG.
The Swede has now posted a cryptic message on X, formerly Twitter, suggesting there could be updates pretty soon.
Scorer of 93 goals in 163 games with the Rossoneri, Ibra won two Serie A titles with Milan as a footballer.
He recently returned to Milanello on the eve of a Champions League clash against Newcastle and days after a heavy 5-1 loss against Inter in Serie A.
