Roma legend Daniele De Rossi brought his wife Sarah Felberbaum to London to celebrate her birthday but tricked her into watching the Rome derby at a pub.
The ex-Italy midfielder was in London over the weekend to celebrate his wife’s birthday, but the Rome derby on Sunday afternoon was something he couldn’t miss.
His wife, Sarah Felberbaum, shared a picture on her Instagram stories showing the former Azzurri star watching the game at a pub.
She captioned the picture writing: “Love, I am taking you to London for your birthday. Did you want a surprise? Derby in London at 6:00 pm eating fried chicken. More surprise than this…”
Roma eventually lost 1-0, facing defeat in the derby for the second time this season and seeing their city rivals move five points clear in the table.
