Photos have revealed the disgusting state that the Italy squad left the Stadio Renzo Barbera dressing room following their play-off defeat.
The photos, which are now quickly circulating around social media, show hundreds of empty plastic bottles, used tissues, food waste and even cigarette butts in the Azzurri dressing room. The team suffered a disastrous 1-0 loss to North Macedonia on Thursday, forcing them to miss out of their second consecutive World Cup.
