“I will try and field the best possible team,” he told a Press conference. “Because we want to win.
“We have some problems with a few of the lads, but we are growing as a team. Each player must give their best whenever they are called upon.
“The League is obviously important, but winning in Europe would be very nice. We’ll try and do our best in every competition and go as far as possible.
“We seem to be making good progress as a team. We have lost two games, but they were both against Juventus.
“Looking at the results, they seem to be good. But there is clearly room for improvement.
“Legia are a good team who were only knocked out of the Champions League on goal difference. They deserve respect, but we are at home and we must show our quality.”
