Napoli continue to do business and are reportedly ready to bring Andrea Petagna to the San Paolo from SPAL this summer.

Matteo Politano has been confirmed as a new player for the Partenopei, but President Aurelio De Laruentiis allegedly continues to work on a move for Petagna.

After initially reporting that SPAL had rejected an offer of €21m for Petagna, Sky Sport Italia now writes that the club has found an agreement on the fee and image rights for Petagna and will remain in contact with SPAL to reach the total agreement about a move.

The broadcaster reports that a deal could be closed on €17m plus bonuses for the former Atalanta forward and Petagna would remain on loan at SPAL out the current season.

The player has, according to the report, agreed to the deal, and should only be formalities away from signing with the Azzurri.

The 24-year-old has scored eight goals in 21 league games for the Biancazzurri this campaign and will still be available for coach Leonardo Semplici as he tries to steer the team to safety in Serie A this term.

SPAL are currently at 18th in the League, one point behind Lecce at 17th.
