Atalanta midfielder Matteo Pessina has officially joined Verona on a season-long loan.
The deal includes an option to buy for Verona, as well as a counter-option for Atalanta.
The 22-year-old progressed through Milan’s youth ranks and joined the Dea in the summer of 2017.
He made 19 appearances last season, providing one assist.
Pessina is also an Italy Under-21 international, with nine caps for the Azzurrini.
