Pescara: ‘Never wanted Ronaldinho’

Pescara’s President denies they tried to sign Ronaldinho, but admits they “considered” Mario Balotelli.

The Delfini were linked with some famous names in the transfer window, with rumours also linking them with former Juventus, Inter and Roma striker Dani Osvaldo.

“The rumours about Ronaldinho were false,” Daniele Sebastiani told SportMediaset.

“There was a consideration about Balotelli. Osvaldo and [Marco] Borriello didn’t fit into our plans though.”
