“It is a match worth the whole season,” declared Coach Bergodi in his Press conference.
“We had lost four in a row, so it was important that we interrupted that negative streak with a draw in Palermo.
“Tomorrow will be extremely difficult, as Cagliari are coming off a positive run of form. Milan also struggled a great deal to beat them at the Is Arenas last week.
“Players like Victor Ibarbo, Marco Sau and Andrea Cossu can create problems for anyone with their quality and pace.
“Both sides tend to thrive on the counter-attack, so we must be careful not to give them too much space. I worked with Cagliari Coach Ivo Pulga in Modena, so it’s wonderful to meet up with a friend.”
