According to reports in Italy, Lazio club manager Angelo Peruzzi is ready to leave the club.

Il Corriere dello Sport reports the former goalkeeper will resign due to disagreements with President Claudio Lotito.

According to the report, Peruzzi has already decided to leave the club and only needs to sign his resignation letter. He was appointed Lazio club manager five years ago.

The former goalkeeper, who had played 226 games with the Biancocelesti during his playing career, demanded more relevant managing duties.

At the same time, Lotito was reportedly annoyed with the behaviour of the 51-year-old who had often threatened to leave had the club not met his requests.

Therefore, Peruzzi is expected to sign his resignation letter and leave the Stadio Olimpico.
