“We made mistakes over the last few weeks, we have to admit it. This is another match and I sincerely doubt we could underestimate Milan the way we did Chievo, so we are confident tonight,” the Club Manager told Rai Sport.
“When you play an important game like this, you feel the pressure and the motivation, so the Coach doesn’t need to do anything there.
“We lack consistency and that is what we are searching for. Our training sessions are excellent and don’t always translate to the match situation, so that seems to be an issue of mentality.
“We try to raise the bar year by year in every player to remind them there are three points up for grabs in every game. It’s concentration we must improve.”
